The Utah Board of Higher Education is now accepting nominations and applications for the next president of Mountainland Technical College.

Search Committee

The search committee, established by the Board to lead the presidential search, brings together stakeholders from across the MTECH community who are charged with identifying candidates who will advance MTECH’s mission and strategic priorities. The search committee includes representation from students, faculty, staff, administration, trustees, and the Utah Board of Higher Education.

The Utah Board of Higher Education and the search committee are committed to being as transparent as possible while respecting the confidentiality needed to attract top candidates.

While all stakeholders are eager to name a new president as soon as possible, the Board and search committee are committed to taking the necessary time to identify, vet, and hire the best candidate for this position.

SEPTEMBER 12, 2026 – Application Deadline

For full consideration, applications should be received by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

AUGUST 14, 2026 – Search Committee Named & Position Opens
