We offer a variety of community testing center services.
Picture ID must be provided at the time of testing.

Must provide RMGA Payment Voucher or Retest Voucher at time of testing.

ISO Quality Testing
No additional fee
No additional proctoring fee. Must be scheduled through ISO.
Pearson Vue Exams
No additional fee
CNA Knowledge Test
No additional fee
No appointment necessary, must purchase exam through TMU website.
The state of Utah requires the testing center to give 2 hours for the exam by the state. In order to accommodate this, these are the hours the test can be offered:
Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 4 pm (Submitted by 6 pm)
Friday: 8 am – 2 pm (Submitted by 4 pm)
CNA Skills Testing
No additional fee
CNA skills testing is by appointment only made on the TMU website.
Department of Agriculture Pesticide Applicator license testing
$10
All candidates must have an appointment to test. All appointments must be made under the candidates name and email address at the time of scheduling.
No bulk reservations will be allowed and your spot will be forfeited.”
Must provide a copy of payment from the Utah Department of Agriculture.
