Picture ID must be provided at the time of testing.

The state of Utah requires the testing center to give 2 hours for the exam by the state. In order to accommodate this, these are the hours the test can be offered:
Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 4 pm (Submitted by 6 pm)
Friday: 8 am – 2 pm (Submitted by 4 pm)

CNA skills testing is by appointment only made on the TMU website.

All candidates must have an appointment to test.
All appointments must be made under the candidates name and email address at the time of scheduling.
No walk-ins will be accepted for retakes or 1st attempts.
Must provide a copy of payment from the Utah Department of Agriculture.
