Together with Chevron, the Utah Office of Energy Development (OED) has awarded over $135,000 Energy Pathways Scholarships since 2017. These scholarships are for Utah students pursuing STEM education. 

The Energy Pathways Scholarship is open to high school seniors and first-year college students planning to pursue a STEM degree or program at a Utah-based university, trade or technical school, or community college.

Students must complete a questionnaire and submit a 500-word essay. The scholarship is open to DACA recipients and doesn’t ask for a GPA. For more information, visit energy.utah.gov/scholarship.
