Wednesdays, October 4th - 25th, from 12 pm to 1:30 p.m. Instructor: Carol Eliason

It’s Possible!

Imagine hiring and retaining great employees, providing cost-effective benefits that are motivating to them, and engaging employees who aren't yet fully on board with your company’s goals and mission.

Evidence shows that well-trained people managers enjoy less turnover and more highly engaged employees—leading to greater profitability—than untrained people managers.

This informative and interactive class will focus on best practices and legal compliance issues to help your people managers create high-performing teams.

  • Session One: The art and science of employee management, including employment law compliance best practices
  • Session Two: Finding and selecting strong team members
  • Session Three: Helping employees succeed (or find employment elsewhere)
  • Session Four: Aligning rewards and benefits to build a strong workplace culture
