LEHI, UT – Mountainland Technical College (MTECH) has been named the 2026 Best of State winner in the technical college/vocational education category. This marks the second consecutive year MTECH received this award, and the seventh time in the last nine years. This achievement, won year over year, speaks to the consistent excellence happening across MTECH campuses.
Award highlights include MTECH celebrating the largest graduating class in Utah’s technical education system while maintaining remarkable success with an 82% program completion rate, 89% job placement rate, and 100% licensure rate. Additionally, the college marked transformative milestones with the opening of its comprehensive Payson Campus and the groundbreaking of the future Heber Valley campus.
