Megan Johnson

Megan Johnson is a nurse, healthcare executive, and dedicated community leader who believes education is one of the most powerful drivers of opportunity and community health. She currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spanish Fork Hospital within Intermountain Health, leading with a strong focus on access, quality, and caregiver engagement.

Megan is a proud graduate of Utah Valley University, earning her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2005 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008. She then completed her Master of Public Health in 2014 and her Master of Business Administration in 2025, further strengthening her commitment to the intersection of healthcare, leadership, and community impact.

As a board member of Mountainland Technical College, Megan is passionate about building strong partnerships between education and healthcare. She champions workforce-aligned programs that prepare students for meaningful, in-demand careers and support the growing needs of the communities Intermountain serves. A strong advocate for students, she is committed to ensuring that educational pathways are accessible, relevant, and connected to real-world opportunities.
