While RSVPs are preferred for our in-person sessions, walk-ins are always welcome! For virtual sessions, an RSVP is necessary so we can provide you with the meeting link.
Just yourself! We’ll provide all necessary materials, including handouts and directions.
A Google Meet link will be sent to your email inbox one to two days before the session starts. You can join using any device with internet access.
