Eric Weeks is a seasoned IT leader and U.S. Army veteran with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations deliver technical excellence in highly regulated environments. As a Senior Enterprise Support Manager at MasterControl, he leads global SaaS and cloud support teams, working closely with development and operations to ensure customers around the world are supported with precision and care. He has guided organizations through complex transitions from on-premise software to scalable SaaS platforms while maintaining strict FDA and ISO compliance standards, and his experience as a former FDA contractor gives him a practical understanding of regulatory expectations from both sides.
Beyond his professional work, Eric serves as a trustee for MTECH and has held numerous leadership roles in Civil Air Patrol and local churches. He is passionate about building strong teams, mentoring others, and creating environments where people can grow both personally and professionally. With an MBA, a disciplined military background, and a genuine heart for service, Eric brings strategic thinking, operational clarity, and a steady commitment to helping others succeed.
