Brian Hulet

Besides serving as a Trustee for Mountainland Technical College, Brian Hulet is a Payson City Councilmember focused on economic and workforce development. He retired from the banking industry after a successful career, including 22 years at Central Bank, where he worked closely with local businesses and entrepreneurs.
As Chairman of the Payson Economic Development Board, Brian has advanced initiatives that strengthen business growth and expand workforce opportunities. He has also supported partnerships between MTECH and Payson City, including the creation of the Business Innovation Center, which provides equipment, training, and resources to students and growing companies.
Brian and his wife, Debbie, have five children and ten grandchildren. He enjoys traveling and hiking.
