When I attended school at MTECH I was in the EMT program and my teacher was Bailey Lloyd. During my time in the class I found that all of my instructors were extremely passionate and hard working and genuinely made every moment of my learning in my class enjoyable. I felt like they had truly prepared me for work in my field and the national testing I needed to do to get my licensure! I loved the hands on learning MTECH offered as there was even an ambulance in our class room and we had hundreds of tools to work and practice with! I had such a fun time at school and my class and teacher got a long great which honestly made the whole experience even better. Thanks to their teaching and passion I am planning on going to firefighting school in late 2024!

I had a great time taking the EMT course at the Provo MTECH campus. It is a very clean, friendly environment. My main instructor was Bailey, and her key effort was for us to truly understand the information being taught, and to apply each fundamental aspect to prepare us for the next stage - to work in EMS. Her, amongst the other instructors truly desired for us to succeed and were willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I learned many life saving skills that I’ve always wanted to learn to help those around me. The in-class ambulance is also a great addition for the practical learning aspect. You will have to work hard and smart in this class, but it is very rewarding and prepares you immensely. I fully suggest taking this course!

Enrolling in the EMT class was one of the best decisions I've ever made. What stood out most was Bailey's ability to seamlessly integrate theoretical concepts with practical, real-world scenarios- it wasn't just about memorizing protocols. The enthusiasm and dedication of everone was contagious, creating an environment where questions were not only welcomed but encouraged, which turned the class into a collaborative learning community. Hands-on training, and practical exercises were instrumental in building the class' confidence. Our instructor's unwavering commitment to our success was evident, as they made themselves accessible for additional support and mentorhsip, going above and beyond to ensure we were well-prepared for the challenges of the field. I am leaving the course not just with a certification but with a profound appreciation for the vital role of an EMT, thanks to an instructor who truly made a difference.
