Withdrawal and Refunds

Mountainland Technical College (MTECH) issues tuition and fee refunds based on the current policy and procedures at the time of the withdrawal. Students desiring to withdraw should fill out and submit a completed withdrawal form to student services. This form is available at all student services locations in Lehi, Orem, Provo and Spanish Fork. Supplies and textbooks are non-refundable once opened. Redeemable codes are non-refundable once they have been accessed.

Refunds, when due, are made without requiring a request from the student. A $10 refund processing fee will be applied to all refunds unless the course is canceled by the institution. The $40 registration fee is not refundable. Refunds, when due, are made within 45 days of (1) of the last day of attendance if written notification has been provided to the institution by the student, or (2) from the date the institution terminates the student or determines withdrawal by the student.
