Nail Technicians work exclusively on the hands and feet providing treatments to beautify finger and toenails. Students are trained in acrylic enhancements, UV/LED hard gel nail enhancements, gel polish, and nail artistry. Nail Technicians also perform relaxing manicures and pedicures to keep the nails healthy and beautiful. Nail Technicians are creative and must be focused while they perform services because nail enhancements are created with special attention to detail.
Nail Technicians must keep their client work area safe and their implements clean and disinfected. An important part of being a Nail Technician is customer service and always being professional. The Nail Technician Program includes instruction on professionalism and skills to work in the beauty industry.
