This program provides education and training in preparation for employment in Information Technology. Throughout the program, students apply classroom theory to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, operating systems, networking, security, cloud technology and other technologies relevant to the industry.
Through a combination of simulations, hands-on and virtual labs, students will apply techniques for technology deployment, support, maintenance and troubleshooting. This training can be used as a step to gain valuable industry recognized certifications including CompTIA A+ and Network+. Additional certification opportunities may include CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Linux and more.
In the Digital Marketing and Analytics program, students learn the fundamental principles of marketing, strategy, and best practices. Students learn the day-to-day tasks of the modern digital marketer from lectures, guest speakers, presentations, and hands-on application. Through instruction and hands-on practice, students learn and test their skills in search engine optimization, search engine marketing, digital advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

Is an internship required to complete this program?
No, this program does not require an internship for completion of the program. While not required, students are encouraged to pursue internship opportunities throughout the school year as they are presented by program partners.
Do I need a computer or laptop for this course?
Yes. Although Mac computers are provided in the classroom, you will need to have a personal computer to complete the hybrid hours outside of class.
I don’t have any marketing experience. Can I still take this program?
Absolutely! This program is designed to start with the basics and walk you through in a step-by-step process.
What percentage of class time is hands-on vs lecture-style learning?
This class is designed to be roughly 65% hands-on and project learning with 35% lecture-style.
Admission requirements may be met by taking the Entrance Assessment OR by providing qualifying documentation. The Entrance Assessment can be taken at a Testing Center, and qualifying documents can be sent to transcripts@mtec.edu.

Once previous steps have been completed, eligibility is met to register for the first course within the program. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Tuition and fees are due for the first course upon registration.
