The Basic Life Support (BLS) is designed to provide healthcare professionals with the necessary skills to aid patients until they can be brought to a hospital or be treated with more advanced lifesaving measures.
This one-day, six-hour course covers adult and pediatric one- and two-rescuer CPR, use of a pocket mask and bag-valve mask, foreign body airway obstruction, automated external defibrillation, special resuscitation situations, narcotic overdoses, and team dynamics.
This course is intended for healthcare professionals.

Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years old. High school students must be in their junior or senior year.
