Students at MTECH to Benefit from Significant Donation
Lehi, UT - Allied Telesis, a global leader in connectivity solutions and smart networking tools, has partnered with Mountainland Technical College to offer students in Information Technology courses the use of high-tech, high-powered equipment. Through a relationship that includes donated equipment and cloud services, MTECH’s students throughout the mountainland region will work with the same innovative technologies used across both the public and private sectors.
“We are grateful for the significant donation from Allied Telesis,” said Joseph Demma, MTECH Vice President. “Allied Telesis’ portfolio of easy-to-use and reliable networking solutions allow our students, who already learn from the best instructors, to use the best equipment as well.”
“Support of student success isn’t just an ideal that sounds good,” added Nathan Nash, Allied Telesis Vice President. “It goes hand-in-glove with our philosophy of helping institutions maintain their competitive edge with innovative and adaptable tools. We look forward to working with MTECH students as they hone their skills with real-world technologies.”
With the donation of equipment and cloud access, MTECH students have instant access to equipment they will use in the field and as they gain experience to be competitive in a global economy.
