Training Summary:
This is a 16-hour training-2 days. The basic machine operation and universal filling machine parts are reviewed. Emphasis is made on the safe set-up, path of the capsule, stations, assembly, and alignment processes of a high-speed filling machine. Special concentration is made on troubleshooting, making weight and defects on the machine with the capsule and powder. Time is spent on special tooling needs. Students will experience demonstration techniques, student-teacher interaction, and hands-on experience. Seasoned technical services professionals will facilitate individual use of a state-of-the-art high-speed-filling machine.

Payment for the course is due when you register unless other arrangements are made on a case per case basis in advance. A Certificate of Completion will be issued only to those individuals who attend all the days of the course. Basic English writing and reading are needed to attend and participate in this training. NO interpreters will be provided.
Lunch will be provided on both days of class.
