Training Summary:   

This is a 16-hour training course (2 days) focusing on advanced aspects of capsules and filling and an in-depth look at the preventative maintenance required in the lower portion of the encapsulation machine. SOPs and SPCs will be emphasized, as well as the operation of the indexing/sorting station, disassembly/reassembly, tooling evaluation, alignments, tamper/dosing, and powder characteristics. Students will experience demonstration techniques, student-teacher interaction, and hands-on experience. Seasoned technical services professionals will facilitate individual use of a state-of-the-art high-speed filling machine.

Attendees: 

Payment for the course is due when you register, unless other arrangements are made on a case per case basis in advance. A Certificate of Completion will be issued only to those individuals who attend all the days of the course. Basic English writing and reading is needed to attend and participant in this training.  NO interpreters will be provided. Lunch will be provided both days of class.
