COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions

MTECH is taking extra precautions and preventive measures in following the CDC’s recommendations on cleaning and disinfecting our campuses to help protect students, staff, and faculty against the Coronavirus.  Tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, bathroom fixtures, sinks, and floors are regularly wiped down and disinfected. MTECH follows the manufacturer’s instructions and CDC guidelines for all cleaning and disinfectant products.

In addition, MTECH has instituted the following protocols for each of our campuses:

Everyone (Students, Faculty, Administration, Staff, and Visitors) entering an MTECH facility, consistent with CDC recommendations, is required to:

  • Wear gloves in certain circumstances as directed by your instructor.
  • Maintain social distancing of at least six (6) feet.

MTECH communicates regularly with students, faculty, and staff in a variety of ways to support their safety and success.  Please check your email for direct correspondence or, for relevant messages specific to the COVID-19 crisis, please click here.

The MTECH Graduation ceremony, originally planned for May 2020, has been cancelled, with recognition moved here. More information will be available soon!

Our 2020 graduates have worked very hard to earn their certificate and deserve to be recognized for their achievement.  While gathering together in a large arena is not possible this year, we have put together a graduation package and online recognition that attempts to share our appreciation and love for our MTECH students!
